Laura Marie Dance Academy is a full time dance academy proud to offer academic levels of ballet study.
Our dance academy offers students the possiblity to earn a dance certification that is recognized world wide backed by a Seal of Excellence.
At Laura Marie Dance Academy we also offer other dance classes like Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Belly Dance, Hip-Hop, Tap, Musical Theatre, Tumbling, Aerial Dance, Acro Dance and other dance techniques.
Our top dance students are also invited to join the Laura Marie Dance Company which studies, performs and competes in national and international events like the Moscow's Ballet Great Russian Nutcracker, Alvin Ailey Summer Dance Exchange Program and Competition such as the Velocity Dance Convention.

DANCE SCHOOL AND DANCE COMPANY SHOWS
Once becoming a student in our dance academy your child will have the opportunity to participate in 2 yearly dance recitals, plus have the opportunity to perform side-by-side with the Moscow's Ballet Great Russian Nutcracker professional ballet dancers.
We also participate in a yearly convention and a few performances that propmote the performing arts in our McAllen and Mission communities. Our dance students regularly meet with professional dancers and other dance schools in order to expand their abilities and present exciting atmospheres for them.
All our Dance Academy events help promote self-esteem and also provide the amazing opportunity for all students to experience the thrill of performing in front of a full auditorium and the excitement of the show and all the back-stage action.

Our dance academy offers our students the most caring, talented and creative team of artists, teachers, choreographers available. We have within our faculty some of the most professionally recognized performing and visual arts teachers and choreographers available in the Rio Grande Valley.
Our goal is to offer excellence in dance education and the performing arts. Every faculty member continue to practice and learn new techniques in order to make sure that students are taught the latest styles and updated techniques.
All our faculty has the upmost respect for students and promote discipline, self-reliance and trust in their creativity.
