COACH

The Moment Everything Changed
It was an ordinary morning — rush hour, backpacks, coffee, and chaos.
After dropping my kids off at school, I returned home, exhausted.
When I finally paused to exhale, I heard it — a whisper:
“Until you stopped.”
I froze. It was so clear, I thought someone had spoken.
But I was alone.
That whisper didn’t feel like a thought. It felt sacred — as if it came from something beyond me. At the time, I didn’t realize it was my own inner voice. I only knew it was connected to something divine.

The Promise
From that moment, I became hungry to listen.
To listen to God.
And though no other words came that day, I felt a deep sadness rise — a truth I had been avoiding. Still, I made a promise:
If I ever heard words again, I would write them down.
And I would only write what carried the vibration of unconditional love.
That promise became the beginning of Letters Back to Me.

The Unraveling
At that time, my life looked full — a marriage, children, a business — but inside, I was disconnected. I had spent years overcompensating, taking on too much, silencing my needs to keep the peace.
When my business began to falter, I thought closing it would save my marriage. I gave up my ambitions, my voice, and the dreams that once lit me up — all in the name of love.
But love that costs you yourself is not love at all.
The revelation shattered the illusion — and freed the truth.
It wasn’t my business or marriage that needed saving.
It was me.

The Becoming
Through my writing, I began to rebuild from within — one word, one realization, one act of self-compassion at a time.
The letters became my mirror and my medicine.
They taught me to listen to my body, regulate my emotions, and reconnect with my spirit.
That practice transformed everything.
